Yes. Onos is configured to work with your data and to prioritize the service lines/specialities you are most concerned with, as well as taking into account your sensitivities & preferences.

How easy is it to integrate Onos with our existing systems?

Onos does the heavy lifting for you. Our experienced engineers can integrate with your system, whether that’s flatfile/CSV integration; API integration to source systems such as claims processing, Revenue Cycle Management, or EMR/EHR; or integrating with your data warehouse or data lake.

How long does the implementation process usually take?

It depends on what the integration points are and how many there are. The short answer is, anywhere from a week to several weeks. However, we will work with you to come up with a timeline that works for you and your team.

Is the platform HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely. Our background is in healthcare, specifically for payers who operate government insurance programs. We know how important keeping Protected Health Information safe is.

How does the platform improve over time?

We use Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF). For every provider we flag, we recommend the best path forward. However, every time there’s a difference between our recommendation and your team’s decision, that delta is fed back into the system for re-training and makes the algorithm smarter over time.

Additionally, our platform improves over time as we layer in more data. The more historical data we have in the system, the more accurate our ML model will be in flagging outlier behavior.

What kind of customer support is available during and after implementation?
